While checking out I was asked to pay an 'extra amount' for lunch, which I never had . There was no signature or proof , and the lady at the front desk refused to listen to me and was trying to pocket the additional amount . My luggage was brought down after waiting for 45 minutes. Terrible experience,never going to stay here.

At the time of check in, there faces were not seems to be welcoming us which we didn't mind that. But at the time of check out we were asked to wait for upto 5 minutes at reception until they finished there room inspection or checking, the exact words of there representative at the desk was, " app 5 min, wait karo main room check karwa leta hu " in disrespectful way. Those 5 minutes was very embarrassing for us. In our several years of stay in hotel we didn't experience such type of situation earlier.

The staff is very good and property is also nice. Rooms are very neat and clean and view from room balcony is awesome. Amenities are also available but may not be able to access. Bit expensive considering the cost paid. Food is also worth to enjoy.

with respect IMA Dehradun location the hotel is just 5-6 KM distance and located in the main road itself makes it convenient specially for POP participation in IMA. Overall Hotel have a excellent ambience, Rooms are clean and good, food was good.
