Terrible Stay
No coordination between the staff of reception, restaurant and kitchen. Bathroom was not upto the mark. It takes one hour and more to deliver food. Won't recommend this hotel.

experienced electricity issue at the place, they didn't have any backup for that... room service was also poor had to run to reception for each and every requirement...it's more of a banquet hall but if you want to book a hotel you may get better option at this price...

Poor Stay
140 sq ft room walls were shabby as plaster has come off due to moisture retention. No window in 140 sqft rooms. Had to upgrade to bigger room for a liveable setup. In the bigger room, AC was connected to socket with bare wires. Balcony door would not close completely. Wash basin in bathroom throwed back water on usage. Lift stopped working, my mom had to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs to access the room on 3rd floor

WORST HOTEL EVER
WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, THE WHOLE PROPERTY WAS UNDER MAINTENANCE, EVERY ROOM HAD WORKERS WORKING, DUST EVERYWHERE THE ROOM THEY GAVE US WAS NOT CLEANED, THERE WAS LAUNDRY,FOOD,GARBAGE DUMPED IN THE ROOM ALSO THE POT WAS FULL OF DUMP. PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Very Horrible and Worst Stay Availed
I had already emailed the concerned with photographs. This was the most horrible and worst stays I have ever used No action taken since yesterday. Today we checked out early because no facility nothing was workable in this hotel. I want compensation without any second thought. I will reach Delhi tonight then I will track this case seriously because whole money wasted

One of the best in dehradun, balcony view is amazing, top notch amenities at very low price. food was also good.
