I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The service was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. There were no basic amenities provided — no towels, no soap, and no shampoo in the washroom, which is highly unacceptable for any hotel. To make things worse, they even charged for drinking water, and did not provide a single complimentary bottle. I have never seen a hotel that doesn’t offer at least one bottle of water for guests. Overall, the experience was terrible and far below expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as the lack of basic hospitality made the stay very uncomfortable and frustrating.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. My room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

Hospitality is not good and food quality is also low and poor facility. If you order anything you will get after 1 hour or 2 hour later. And hospitality is bad

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times, and there’s never been any water in the bathroom. I’ve told the staff several times, but I don’t know why the water never comes.

We had booked the rooms with complimentary breakfast for all guests. But first the property manager told that the chef is on leave. When we insisted for our booking then we were told that we will be served breakfast for only 3 guests instead of 6. Bathroom taps were not working properly. We complained but no resolution. It's a pity that a customer has to fight for breakfast after booking. Finally we decided to leave the complimentary breakfast altogether. Very bad experience

Breakfast not given on first morning despite being included in the price paid by me. Next morning, they gave me only (as my wife was on fast) two aalu parathas and a cup of tea. Previous night, their waiter had told me that these parathas are complimentary. So, practically no breakfast to both of us in 2 days'stay. They gave me Rs 400 discount for first day denied breakfast but that is of no value seeing quality of preparation. One small toilet soap for 2 days. Preparation of eatables very poor and charged very high. Hotel not shown on Google map and hence, was difficult to search.

It was a good experience and the rooms were very clean. The service was also good, the helpers were prompt and cooperative.

The place was very clean and spacious. It was extremely good. The food was also very good. The only requirement is that of geysers, as the water remains really cold in the morning.

New hotel so good and cleaned. But hard to find it because board is not there also very less are aware of the hotel since it is present inside society
