Hotel is not well maintained. In my room A/C not working. Very pathetic smell. Whole hotel needs maintenance. Very terrible experience. I've made an advance payment and there was no refund policy on cancellation. I've no choice but to adjust what they are offering or serving.

Location of the hotel is nice with good scenic view of mountains and at night it’s lovely. Beds are comfortable and food is also nice but rooms have some cleaning issues.

the cleaning and hygiene levels of the property was terrible. the room and bathroom was stinking. the roof of the room had damp spots. We found it difficult to even get towels from the staff. We checked out of the place after one night, even though the booking was for two nights. the location of the property was so great, that it was a real shame,that the cleanliness let them down.

It was good Hotel with supporting staff on the Highway. Very beautiful view and clean rooms

I stayed for three days with my family. Rooms were very big and with good amenities but maintenance and service were just average. Advice: Don't use the basement parking if your car is big.

They did not provide gst bill during the checkout process, old and not properly maintained property, lift was not working and quality of towels were poor

The location and food justify the cost, quality of food is good, with a Varitey of breakfast, lunch & dinner. Room is comfortable & room service is efficient.

Do not handle not working not working tv and this not working charging point electric and not clean washroom there is a sound coming from the door

I have taken pictures of their bathroom etc. Very dirty. Cockroach, dirty floor very dirty pot. Bed linen was also very dirty with stains. We asked for another room. Will not advise anyone to go there. Very poor performance. The desk personnel was not polite either.

Rooms are very spacious and food is something worth trying. I loved the experience

For a budget hotel, the attention to detail is commendable – they go the extra mile.

Good hotel and less staff. Due to less staff, takes more time for service completion
