had a very pathetic experience at volga homes, the receptionist last was very rude secondly the room which was given was at a very bad condition the bed sheets were stained the paint was coming out from the wall the kitchen was closed and the most annoying thing was that, there was some construction going on the side room so could not even take a nap due to the noises from morning till last evening. Very bad experience.

The check in was denied by the hotel. They stated that they don't have any tie-up with the Make My Trip.

The room was good looking but it had so many insects including cockroaches and god knows what, the only bucket in the washroom had a crack in it, the tv didn't work and the bedding was of subpar quality

Nothing was clean, bedsheets were dirty and full of stains

No TV no chairs no cleanliness no soap no brush no paste no shaving kit, terrible mattress.. ..no varieties in breakfast only limited puri sabzi.. No housekeeping etc etc what else do I say?

Room provided was not clean although room was big.Towels were not provided bedsheet was not looking well washed.Food ordered from the hotel was not good not caring providing good service

Room was not clean even bedsheet was not clean. I have been beaten by mosquitoes and cant sleep whole night. Dinner was not provided by staff even after including booking. At morning power was disconnected and can’t bath with hot water. My money has totally wasted.

We reached at midnight on the booking day and inspite of a non-refundable booking, the hotel didn't even bother to open the gate. A man just came to the gate and told us that the hotel is full and simply went away. I will recommend that this property should not be . I kept telling then that it is a non-refundable booking and that we are doctors but they didn't bother. We had to hunt for a room in the vicinity of Guwahati Airport at midnight on foot with our luggage. Terrible experience. Absolutely not recommended.

Service is horrible even the receptionist doesn’t know the wifi password also the toilets flush aren’t working

My booking had complementary breakfast included. But hotel refused to provide so. Cleanliness is not upto the mark. Helpdesk said they dont have any tie up with mm t and asked to solve the concern by youself.

Bathroom water gyser was not working. Tv remote was not there in room. Receptionist behaviour should be better. He should be more polite to customer.

I got a very poor experience of my trip, no cleaning, no food, no service, the hotel is the 5th but no lift is there.

Very bad experience with the inexperienced hotel staff. No proper hygiene in room, switch board damaged, tv not working, in remote there were no battery, no soaps in washroom, no electric kettle, no telephone, charged extra for breakfast which was included in the booking. No water available, no outside food allowed. All things not good. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Near airport and spacious rooms neat and clean bedsheets value for money. This is at walking distance from from airport so taxi is not required.

Property location is excellent. Hotel denied to provide lunch and dinner that were supposed to provide as per booking. This implies lots expenditure from my pocket. Makemytrip took a very week step to solve this issue. Tv was not working even for a single day. Lots of power cuts without enough backup. Room a/c created noise. Lots of garbage pilled up near property. I not recommend this hotel for others.

Room is good… neat n clean.. AC is working fine..but can’t operate tv.. surrounding looking fresh and nice view..

Worst experience ever, no food available, cancel-led our complimentary breakfast room was unhygienic, overall, we're never coming back to this place ever.

Hotel manager charged me extra rs. 500 for early check in. I have never expected this type of worst experience i will not recommend any one to visit that hotel

The overall experience is good but the problem is with room no. 103 in which the door lock has broken a part.

I reached late because my flight got delayed by several hours. The manager let me in and welcomed me though i checked in so late. So grateful.
