I booked deluxe room with Valley View but there was neither valley nor view. at midnight came the hundreds of flies in room out of nowhere, as a solution to it manager shifted as to another hotel Limewood by foot didn't provide vehicle that too 12.30 AM in night with packed bags. Imagine how experience it was. Room provided there was terrible, walls engraved with black fungus, smelling like shit. I felt nauseatic, however nobody listened to my complaint. I had to leave in the morning so I doze off somehow. Would never in my dreams I will recommend this shitty hotel.

Great location, Great rooms and excellent staff. The hotel is worth it the Price and cleanliness is top notch. although I am a little disappointed about the food because they dont have their own restaurant, they have a tie up with a third party restaurant which does makes a little difference. also outside food is not allowed. so only getting a good food is issue otherwise the hotel is great.....

recently stayed at your hotel and faced several issues that made my experience unsatisfactory: 1. The room did not have basic facilities such as a landline. 2. Staff kept knocking repeatedly to ask about lunch and dinner, which disturbed my stay. 3. An item in the room was accidentally damaged, but I was unfairly charged ₹1,500 for it. In reality, the cost of repair/replacement should not be more than ₹200–300. Despite these issues, I did not argue with the staff at the time and paid the amount. However, considering the lack of proper facilities and the excessive charge, I kindly request a refund of Please review my past booking history — I have always been a regular and genuine customer with good records. I hope you will consider my request fairly and process the refund at the earliest. Thank you for your understanding.

The location of the hotel is near the mall.cleaning of the room is also good . staff behaviour is polite and helpful

Overall, it's a good experience and also positive as well . Rooms are neat and clean workers are supportive and Wi-Fi is running well and like you can go and come any time. There is no issue with that.

Customer service was Awfull, room was very small it was a size of a kitchen, Washroom had a severe problem of Bad Odour, Exhaust Fan was not working in bathroom and there was no source of ventilation in the room, after complaint they initially refused to repair and said it will be repair by tomorrow and didn't even changed my room, after filing formal complaint to MMT they repaired it. even Hamdwash was not there in washroom
