Things that could have been better.
The room was big and spacious but there was some smell which took an hour to go after the AC was turned on though the AC wasn't working as expected. No hot water in the tap. The washroom door was in poor condition. However, the staff was very courteous and they did their best to make my stay comfortable.

Good Stay
Good Hotel at prime location near to Railway Staion on Saharanpur Road at Dehradoon, staff is good, Restaurant available with Good food option, Al-cart option is bit expensive

Location is good, staff is excellent. Food can be better. Totally recommended if you’re visiting Dehradun.

good property have all amenities require for traveller they are quick with support i found this while my bus get canceled they have allow me to stay post booking I have stayed there till my next bus confirmed almost 6 -7 hours

Terrible Stay
they offered me a very dirty room. when I requested then they shifted me to another room. but situation was same. very smelly, dirty lenin. marks on bed sheets. smell in room. no water bottle till whole night. no food served in dinner even after multiple requests. cockroaches and mosquito everywhere. please do not book this hotel.

Disappointed with My Stay at Treebo Elysee
Disappointed with My Stay at Treebo Elysee Stayed at Treebo Elysee last night and the experience was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, the room was not cleaned, the washroom was dirty, and both the bedsheet and quilt were clearly used. Basic hygiene and cleanliness were completely missing. Definitely not recommending this place. 👎

Terrible Stay
Bad stay. Hotel rooms are old and not maintained. Staff keeps looking at you when you are carrying your bags. They dont know they are in the hotel industry and should help their guests with their luggage. Had to call and get water. Water jug wasnt opening. Toilet wasnt as clean as it should be. No dental kit, footwear or handwash. Only had a soap, bath gel, shampoo and toilet roll in the washroom. Food was okay. Good thing was that they didnt call and ask to leave at 11 sharp, I left around 11:30 and they were okay with it. Overall there are much better options like Grand Legacy in the same budget (a little higher though) but better stay away

Neither air blower nor ac was working tv was not working and technician also could not fix duo in spite of 30 minutes working water bottle was not provided

Average stay
It was an average stay with less staff and had to change 3 rooms to get a good room food was good but there was office party organised in the hotel and people were drunk and fighting like hell

The room and the bathroom were not clean. The main door locks were not working at all, they had to give us the master key for the door to use it and that too was very hard to use. Breakfast was not tasty. If you’re staying at this place for a night then you can book it as it is cheaper otherwise look for a different property.
