The room was dirty the telephone was ac was making sound

Awesome experience stay in hotel kamla palace, nice & tasty food overall great experience in that place. I was stayed

Bedsheet and pillow both were already used by someone and were dirty. Even the Bar menu deceive you. First they let you drink saying the charge is for 60ml peg but later while billing tell you that the charges is for 30 ml. In shot charge double of what you would have calculated. Beware of cheap tactics.

Toilet seat washer was leaked

Toilet accessories was not working properly. Hot & cold water was not properly working. Bath towels was not cleaned. Bed linen was not cleaned.

Good budget hotel, good location, food was also good and cooperative staff.

The hotel staff didn't gave the room which I booked As i came early around 5 hour They changed me that is acceptable Bedsheet, cover and pillow cover were not upto the marked not washed properly

drinking water not available. bar bar call karne per 500 ml ki ek bottle dete hai. pure din me 500/ 1000 ml me kya hota hai. mosquito bhi bahut hai

Curtains were not clean. Rest everything was super including staff, washroom, bedroom, Location. Good job

Good option in the budget range. Staff is polite and supportive. but the best part is the food quality. Food quality and taste is awesome.

The room was not ready after the check in.... bedsheet and blanket were dirty... the staff was not doing anything after telling them about the bedsheet and blanket... the staff was not helpful and the services were too bad... room was dirty and unhygienic... I recommend not to go to this hotel

It was a wonderful and amazing experience. The toilets are clean and hygiene bellboy and receptionist are well mannered room ambience is amazing i would like to visit again

Hotel was found by internet surfing and looking after the ratings i have booked and it was a nice stay in hotel

The rooms were neat and clean, very good location in the city. Staff was very cooperative for the delay check out timings. Overall our stay at kamla palace was comfortable and good.

The rooms were not like as shown in the picture. It was quite dirty and when we asked for an extra bed, we got a floor metres.
