rude behaviour of staff, not supportive.

Location was good, nearest to dehradun airport, room was comfortable and all the amenities were good, staff was very helpful and co-operative. Overall and good experience, hope to visit there for stays in future

Helper was good no issues at the property we had a good time at the restaurant near by and did not face issues

Rooms are not yet all clean and worst bathrooms no ventilation room boys are not yet all good.

Rooms are good, but tv is not working, most of time wifi is also not working. When informed owner not getting any response from them.

Stay was very comfortable and pleasant, very neat and clean and well maintained. Only drawback foods not available, have to ordered outside restaurant.

The reception was good. I was welcomed. But the moment they got to know i've booking he changed. Then he kept on telling me weird rules. In the end he demanded extra 100. Didn't pick up phone.

The stay was amazing. Check-in & check out was smooth. Lovely place to stay near the airport. Easily accessible to local market for food and shopping. The restaurant next door was very good. The food was very tasty.

Room is very clean, washroom is neat, supporting staff. Very near to river ganga and taxi stand, ram jhula and laxman jhula.

I just wanna say that simply amazing. The way they treated simply great very supportive nature. Foods are also delicious and value of money.

The stay was for short time but still it was pleasant, as the hotel was very neat and clean also equipped with necessary requirements such as geyser, tv etc. The executive appointed by the owner of the property was very helpful. My husband got a chance to speak to the owner too and found him as a very humble and cooperative person. We went for a stroll from hotel lane to the main road, it was safe and shops were available. We enjoyed the tasty samosas of the street and came back to hotel. There is restaurant adjust to hotel bold from where we ordered mushroom do pyaza rice and roti and it was yummy.
