Checked out of the hotel within 10 mins of checkin, we were given a room in the 4th floor and lift was not working, even the hotel was not having and service for food, we were asked to order from Swiggy or Zomato, it was raining heavily so getting service from Swiggy or Zomato would have been hard as well, hotel was very reluctant on this and this and it was not possible to move from ground to 4th and 4th ground everytime through stairs, we immediately checked out and moved to a different hotel
