Good stay. Friendly staffs.

Not the cleanest of bed sheet and blanket but overall the experience was good. The washroom was big. 24 hrs running water hot/cold. There was no window in the room but the staff was kind enough to let us change room with a window. Though we stayed at the same room for personal reason. The staffs were super good. We stayed for i think 4 days and it was a good stay.

Hotel location is OK. But staff behavior is not good . They have no drinking water for guests 😕 . when I asked then for drinking water they rudely say No , we don't have free drinking water , You have to buy it from us . This is a terrible experience I have as a traveller , I have not find any Hotel other than this one who does not provide drinking water to guests 😕 😢. I will request MMT to ask hotels about such basic things before listing or recommending such hotels in their portal .

Very unhygienic room and washroom, there was no Shower gel, no toothpaste. I had a stay for 6-7 days and only 2 days they changed the Sheet and clean the floor. U need to ask them for everything, they won’t do it from own. Terrible Room condition and saw a lot of cockroaches too. There was so Food facility available for which i had to travel a long way for searching food in the heat. Location is outside the city but it’s manageable. The room condition is horrible and i had a stay for 7 days but the cleaning was just done 2 times and no proper facilities were provided. Bad behaviour of housekeeping regarding asking for drinking RO water, he denied to provide RO water and forced me to get packaged water.

The property towards Nagerbazar side and is bit far, there was no place to find good food during my stay as it was so outside the city and the service was also terrible. I was there for 7-8 days with no regular cleaning of room and there was cockroaches inside the room.
