I was made to pay extra Rs.300 as MAKE MY TRIP didn't update the current price of the property. Please make sure you are updating the current price of the property. Room was okayish as a 2bhk house is converted into rooms

Pathetic Experience
the person non reception asked me for booking ID, Booking id was mentioned at his booking details also but still he was asking me for the booking ID and when i was telling him he was saying that it is not the booking ID. he made hurdles for making me room. he gave me room when i talked to customer care & in this conversation he took my 45 minutes at the condition when the time was 10:30 at night. I told him that its already 10:30 PM of Night & i have to take flight in the morning & i will leave the hotel by 5 AM then only he gave me room after many request. after giving me room i asked him for the AC remote then he said that room is without AC. AC was installed in the room but he said i will start the AC because AC is not ok. I slept whole night without AC. if this type of condition will happen again, I will stop booking from MMT. The room was very small & very cheap hotel & mindset people.

very bad I have booked AC room but in reception that boy told as only non AC will give for this cost and I explained and call to property owner and told he is a nice man accepted

My experience was worst in the application it was showing that air conditioning is included but when we asked at the reception they refused and told us to pay extra. I called make my trip support customer so many times but they didn’t help us, the room was stinking, the bed sheets were dirty, the pillow cover was dirty. I will not recommend to anyone.

The fab hotel did not allow to check in as they said they can not give rooms at the rate makemytrip has offered. It was so painful and hotel owner fought with us without reason. I would say remove this property from booking.

Terrible Stay
Very bad hotel. They gave a room without an attached bathroom and the rooms are entirely different from what you see in the pictures. Also took my aadhar card while checkin and told me that they will return it once i checkout, receptionist is like very unprofessional. He doesn't have a basic idea about the service industry and even dont know how to read booking details. Very pathetic hotel and i was forced to cut down my stay for 1 day due to this unprofessional behaviour from hotel people

Rooms are not clean, lot of mosquitoes in the room, receptionist was drunk, unhygienic, dont go with family, worst experience.

One of the horrible hotel
familyThis is a new under construction hotel so no amenities except hot water. They even dont change the beddings. What is written the hotel is doing exactly opposite. No food restaurant available in hotel so breakfast is not available.

Better to cancel this hotel license
I have booked a room with breakfast. There is no breakfast they are providing. The money is non refundable. No attached bathroom. Bathrooms having no water. No bed sheet, no blanket, no pillow cover. Pathetic.
