Terrible Stay
We were waiting for 40 minutes outside and we just came from station and reception were close and we have tried call with two number still they don’t pick up after 30 - 40 minutes they called back. And bell were not working. They don’t wear properly dress they wore vest and disrespectful to my partner and another staff is wear only towel all naked and then he was asking for tip how can I give him after so many thing happened still I gave him tips and we don’t have options but we regret staying there

Poor Stay
Location: Good. Food: no food is available in hotel, order it online. Room: Used and soiled bed sheets and comforter cover. Toilet very small and basic. Window pane not covering the lower portion of the window exposing you to girls in class room of school only 20ft away. Very bad.

Great stay in Kolkata.
Great rooms and located at an amazing place in Kolkata near Jadavpur. Very affordable and great staff with good parking as well.

Good Stay
The location of the hotel is perfect. Its close to jadavpur university, jadavpur police station, jodhpur park area, gariahat market and the nearest metro is rabindra sarovar. Restaurants like calcutta pi, arsalan, 6 ballygunje place are at walking distance. South city mall is at walking distance. All amenities shops are just at walking distance from this hotel. Peaceful and clean locality too. The room, i availed, had clean sheets and towels. Hot water for shower and drinking water is available. The staff are courteous and helpful. Overall i had a great stay at fab golden imperial and would love to book it again on my repeat trips to kolkata. Thank you fab hotels.

Poor Stay
The hotel was not well maintained with a lot of insects in the bathroom. They don't allow guests in the room even for one minute. I checked in at 3 pm and they were pushing me out @ 11 am the next day. They don't have kitchen service so you cannot order any tea or coffee in the room.

Poor Stay
1. They give you old water bottle unsealed with water. 2. For ac remote, you need to go and ask them again. 3. Ac was super noisy and was cooling very slowly. 4. Mattress was pretty bad ( one of the worst ) 5. Gate closes at 10. 30pm so if guest wants to go out they can't come back before morning. 6. Hotel is just beside the school, so if you stay in hotel in daytime, it's going to be super noisy. 7. The staff was very rigid towards the gate closing time, said there's is no guard so they close the gate by 10. 30pm and whose responsibility is keeping a guard. So if you want to explore city at night or even order food, that's not an option here after 10. 30pm

No breakfast, hygiene issues, unavailability of reception.
When i asked the property representative about breakfast after looking for him for 20 minutes at 8 am, he said that i couldn't get it before 9 o clock as the shops had not opened yet and we didn't have a kitchen in the property.

Terrible experience
We had an awful staying in golden imperial as we booked in for a delux room but we were given a damn room with no ac and we were said that all the rooms are occupied. It’s a great disappointment when we found that the pillows cases where torn and the blanket where in pathetic condition. We definitely don’t recommend anyone to book there rooms here.

Rooms
I booked for 2 rooms and 1 room was not clean at all. we booked for 2 days but because of the condition of the room we did not stay there the second day and booked in an other hotel. I booked seeing the oyo brand and trusted but i was let down because of the services. Breakfast was given at 10 am (2 poori and a sweet) that too in a plate in the room. No drinking water, soap in the rooms as well.
