it's not an hotel , it's kind of homestay, location is good , but approach road is not good, highly priced , and they charge for everything, no mineral water, no warm water all are chargeable basis, breakfast options are limited

It's an old property, well-maintained. Hospitality was amazing. Kids friendly hotel. Rooms and Washrooms can be renovated

Average Stay
location is very good, but roads are very difficult to reach amenities not applicable, only morning breakfast with same menu. No hotel manager, only care taker. The Care taker family is good.

Poor Stay
Location of the property is good but accessibility is not good - no proper road and no road lights. Rooms were not properly maintained. No daily housekeeping and cleaning. Daily same menu for complimentary breakfast.No dining facility, no travel desk, no front office and no other additional facilities. Not value for money for the charges paid. Not suggested.

Terrible!!! A waste of money.
Terrible Experience - Not Worth Even a Night! One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was extremely old and poorly maintained. The restroom was disgusting and clearly not cleaned properly. They didn’t even provide basic amenities like mineral water. Communication was a huge issue – there was no Tamil-speaking caretaker, and the staff couldn’t even speak proper English, making everything even more frustrating. To make things worse, the room had broken plug points and switch boxes, which made it unsafe and inconvenient. stained blankets , bed Covers are Torn. broken bathroom tiles & Switch board. Even free hostels won't provide this kind of worst room .I have paid for a one night stay . our Enjoyable trip became a nightmare because of Fab hotels They are cheating the people and making us fool. Avoid this place at all costs – it’s not worth your money or peace of mind

Poor Stay
bed sheets were not clean, poor maintenance of the room. paint coating is coming off the roof and electrical wires on the balcony is kept outside. No wifi and wobbling furnitures

Good location but room service not upto the mark
Room service is lacking however it is at a very good location in case of emergency u would need to manage yourself or at max call the caretaker ammenities are fine

.. St. Escape &Fab Express worst experience
I booked for a Fab Property this stay and everything is confirmed. when I visit the property the owner said it is full and you need to go to Welhok home stay that too a fab only. He declined to give stay also I offered to pay extra but totally denied. Then we went to Welhok Home Stay over there after speaking to care taker it is also the same owner property. similarly they have Kurinji Residence that too their property. it's totally a fraud activity. Both the properties rooms are worst. they don't wash beadsheets, towel and room conditions is pathetic. Don't book in Fab property it's toooo bad. the response of representatives support Fab are bad. In ooty pls don't believe in booking through these non supporting apps. then your travel will make a bad experience.

Very nice places to stay. Good room service and well maintained rooms.This stay is located at center of ooty and we can easily access all tourist places in ooty.

Good Location, Bad Rooms. Poorly Maintained
groupThe location of the hotel is good but amenities are none. Food is ok and is available on request to the caretaker. No room cleaning staff is there. The rooms are poorly maintained. I could see stains on the bed and light sockets. I stayed for 2 nights and not once was room cleaned. No showers in the washrooms as well as the water quality is very poor. Yellowish and sticky water is there. Not a pleasant experience overall.

food could have been better. ragi idli, idli and upma was not good and was not ready on time. however cannot complain on amenities and service. couple friendly and the ambiance was excellent.

Excellent Stay
Deluxe Room Large rooms, excellent food, wonderful staff, rooms were clean and neat. Had a very pleasant stay at fabhote namaha suites. The service at the restaurant was simply fantastic with great hospitality. Highly recommend.
