Hi Lakshay Kumar, Thanks for your feedback! Just to clear a few things up: You stayed during the peak rainy season, and although we did pest control in the garden area like you asked, the rain makes those treatments less effective. Also, you first booked through MMT and later asked for a 10% discount if you booked directly, which we couldn’t offer, so we understand you were a bit upset about that. It also seems like the negative rating might be because you wanted unlimited complimentary drinking water bottles, but we provide 6 bottles every day as part of our standard service.
