(1) No option for breakfast (2) swimming pool was closed (3) spa and jacuzzi was closed (4) made wait on reception saying that no booking is showing (5) room with same name but different views to create confusion

Im baffled to see all the positive responses here but my trip was ruined because of the half an hours experience i had in this hotel. Booked the hotel from MMT firstly the roads which leads to the hotel was narrow and full of potholes and the amenities which they have had mentioned on the site were not included in the room i had booked the premium deluxe room because of the mentioned amenities like balcony and all none of which were included in the room. And the most disturbing thing was that the whole hotel had a weird paint smell which of course was also in your room and the room was so small and had no ventilation so as many people can have a allergic reaction because of the paint smell me and my wife were feeling nauseous so we had to leave the hotel as they had no more more rooms available... after leaving the hotel had to take a paracetamol because of the headache i got from the smell. These guys refused to give me a refund of my money. Had a very very bad experience after paying so much!!

My sojourn at Eden Resorts & Spa in Pahalgam was truly exceptional. Awakening to the tranquil symphony of the flowing river and witnessing the majestic panorama of the snow-clad mountains was an experience akin to a dream. The resort exudes an ambiance of comfort and coziness, providing an ideal sanctuary for relaxation after an invigorating day of exploration. The accommodations are spacious, meticulously maintained, and afford captivating views of the surrounding natural splendor. The staff demonstrated remarkable warmth and attentiveness, ensuring that our stay was characterized by utmost comfort and enjoyment.

Amazing hotel at a serene location, perfect for family and couple, they serve delicious food. They have facilities like gaming, spa and much more. Rooms have an amazing view of the lidder river. Highly recommended to all

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. A guy named muzamil attended us with all his heart open. He gave us the best service. Chef bashir will serve the best jain food here. Do try when you visit here. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was excellent and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Mr umer the owner of the hotel have a big heart he can give you 100% of his efforts and time to make sure every-guest is comfortable.

Though it was not my first choice before i visited this property but surely it will always be my only choice in future. We had a wonderful stay and awesome experience. The cherry on top was meeting a pleasing personality with utmost hospitality. Waseem raja. Who upgraded our room from premium to sultan suite which was an ultimate luxury and a surprise gift for me and my husband. This is not all, each and every staff from every department were pleasing and eager to help. The beauty of this place just beside the lidder river is mesmerizing. I highly recommend this property apt for couples, family and kids aldo because of the surrounding relaxing beauty and game zone. Last but not the least, i want you all to visit the ayurveda and dry fruit shop inside the premises and must meet a young guy u mar who will definitely change your mindset that shops in these kinds of resort. And the last this which shoud not be last is spa and the jaccuzzi

Amazing stay. One of the best resorts i have ever stayed in. Very beautiful resort. Near and clean garden, restaurant, coffee shop, jacuzzi, spa. . View from the is mesmerizing. The staff very decent and treated us respectfully. Overall wonderful resort with flying ducks. I will definitely recommend it to family and friends.
