Very small hotel, no adequate instruction on hot water, no other facilities other than room. Heater was stopped at mud night.

Staff is excellent and very supportive. Particularly arshad bhai at desk was very friendly and supportive.

It was a nice stay with pretty river view. The breakfast and dinner was so yummy. It was well curated.

Comfortable stay, especially heating was excellent, food was delicious. Rooms nice, view is very good. Would definitely recommend

Not worth the price i paid for the stay. I don’t recommend this hotel as it lacks facilities a hotel of rs 8000/per night should have. No adequate parking, no proper dining hall, no hill/river view, small room with no balcony, small home like lawn. No hotel like ambiance. Not worth the price they charge.

Arshad is a nice and helpful guys, rooms are good and clean toilets, lidder river infront of hotel gives you white sounds

All are perfect and specially hotel staff and manager are be co operative and hotel location are too good in front of river and over all experiences are so excellent

The stay was really good and the food was delicious.

Rooms are nicely furnished. Food quality is not upto the mark. No choice of food options. There is no full power backup. This being a hill station and very near to the snow line, it is very difficult for the guests to bear the cold in the absence of heating appliances not working. Though the interiors have been newly laid, the steps are very high and it is difficult for the elderly ones to negotiate them easily. Similarly the difference between the washroom floor and room floor is also very high.
