Not a good hotel at all... Room in bad condition... Only good part was the single person in hotel who tried to do his best to manage the hotel... Hot water was also bought in buckets and wasn't available in room... View was also quite good facing the river..
Best view in Pahalgam

I booked this hotel for my parents, watching the reviews on various travel sites, came to know that this hotel is next to the Lidder river, which gives panoramic views from the hotel room window. Trust me as expected, the hotel location is absolutely magical and the feedback which my parents gave about this hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel staff is quite cordial and the view and the humming sounds of the water flowing of Lidder river makes your stay absolutely relaxing. However, food was not served as there was Ramzan festival going on, but my parents were comfortable in getting the food packed. Overall nice stay and one of the best hotels in Pahalgam with regards to location. Go ahead and book it you will never regret !! Cheers !!
Great location of the hotel

The view from the hotel was brilliant. The staff was a little hostile, but cooperated on most matters. It's a km walk away from the main market area, so you'll have to walk that much to access food. The rooms are wooden and the bedsheets we old. Hot water supply was 24/7.
Good hotel and staff

I stayed in hotel two nights from 15th April to 17th April 2016. Staff of the hotel is very co-operated. My journey was held in Srinagar due to strike and my taxi driver or house boat staff is not ready to transfer me Hotel Leder Palace. At that time team of Make my trip and Mr. Yashfak, Manager Hotel Leader Palace is help me for reaching my destination. Staff of this hotel is very good like family. Specially Chacha ji who prepare food for the guests. The taste of food is very good. If I visit Pehlgam again I want to stay in this hotel. The hotel location is out of the world. It is to beautiful.

The hotel provided an excellent view of the Lidder river. All you needed to do was just open the window and there it was. In fact it was accessible from the lawn outside the hotel. The room was moderately lit and it was not easily accessible by our car, had no car parking space, but all in all the morning view of the gushing Lidder made the day.
Iam not even sure weather it should be a 4-star hotel. Although the photo-shop at the entrance of the hotel boosts of a lot of Bollywood/cricket celebrities(probably because of lack of options). As you can see by the picture location is wonderful, right next to the river, but it's of no use unless you have a room with the river view. Once you enter the hotel the excitement fizzes out, as you realize that its quiet an old property and I would say rather poorly maintained. The building is mostly wooden including floor & walls, makes us think that probably it dates back to the British era. The rooms are quiet small and "central heating system" ( which I think is also from British era) is not effective in rooms(thank God we stayed there in May, can't imagine in winters.. ) it only keeps the 5x5 feet area of lobby where the system is installed. Coming to the restaurants, they have 2, One is adjacent to the river bank other one is inside. Since we only had breakfast and dinner at hotel both of those were served at the second restaurant which is inside the building). Though the staff was friendly and polite, service was lax. Food was ordinary. Interior and the furniture looked shabby, as do the staff uniform. Restaurants is bit small and sometimes guests have to wait especially those in large group (6pax or above).

I along with my friends went there in summer. Our room was pre-booked over phone, and we had requested the manager to give us a good view room When we entered the room we were very happy. The view of the Lidder River from the room was amazing. The rooms were basic with TV, geyser, king-size beds, etc. The hotel staff were good and friendly. Their restaurant food is very tasty. If you are looking for a budget hotel with an excellent view, this is the hotel for you. Try to pre book the hotel and you would be able to spend some quality time here.

We went there in the month of April. Our room was pre-booked before 1 month over phone, and we had requested the hotel manager to provide a room with a view. On the day of our visit we had a hassle free check-in. When we entered the room we were very happy. The view of the Lidder River from the room was amazing. The entire hotel is made up of wood. It was a really a nice experience. The hotel staff were good and friendly. Their restaurant food is very tasty and homely. As night we started progressing we were feeling quite cold after putting two thick blankets. We told the staff about this and they immediately provided us a heater without any extra charge. Next day the manager also helped us getting a cab for Aru and Betaab Valley visit. We will definitely visit this hotel on our next visit.

Lidder Resorts is the name of the place where I stayed. It has a very good location scenic wise. You can see the snow clad mountains around you from your room itself. But the resorts is situated outside the town of Pahalgam, about 7 or 8 km away. The services were good and the food was also tasty. The amenities in the rooms were good. The staff were very friendly. In fact when we wanted some medicines, which we could not buy. The resort staff went to the town, purchased the medicine and gave it to us. The Lidder river running by the side of the resort was a very pleasant sight. Except for the fact that, the resort is a bit far from the town, overall, our stay was very pleasant.

The location of this hotel was good. I didn't face any problem to find and reach the hotel. It was my family trip. Destination was very good. Room was spacious, neat and clean. Beautiful views were available from the room. The service was very good. Staff were helpful too. The quality of food served was good. Indoor and outdoor activity part was not there in the hotel. Check-in and check-out formalities were well done. It was a good stay with family. Overall, service was up to the mark and recommendable to other travellers.
