Service is good and staff helpful lotion is prime food good overall experience great

Experience was not so very good, hot water for bathing and drinking was not available, no staff to carry the bags. I will never choose this hotel in my next Kashmir trip

Everything was provided, clean and warm room, staff was good too, bathroom clean with necessary amenities

I stayed at Pahalgam Hotel and had a very good experience. The location was beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and great views. The food was tasty, especially the local dishes. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities. The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my time there and would recommend it to others.

we want to check out in morning at 6 am And no one is at reception till 1 hour. very disappointing . we leaved that hotel from back door As front door is locked by them .

Stay was comfortable, room interior was good and the staff behaviour was excellent. Restaurant food was good although a bit expensive, otherwise food taste was good

Location is good. It's near to the market on chandanwadi road. It also had a pure veg restaurant at ground floor. Scope of improvement is that this property is not very well maintained. Washrooms have leakage, rooms are with low terrace and not much ventilation. Also the service is not great You won't find anyone at the reception till 8:30 AM with main gates looked.
