Property was well maintained but location is not convenient. Required to ask few peoples although they put hotel board main road still it is difficult to locate. Anyway people are humble, service is good

It was wonderful experience staying in this place, rooms were excellent and i felt very comfortable there

hotel is situated in a very narrow road where car could not reach ,so you have to reach there walking for 200 metres. room service is pathetic and rooms are very small without lift. washrooms are not good.

The room was spacious enough for four people, and the food was good, although the hot water from the geyser had low flow despite the geyser indicating it was full and hot. When we reported this to the reception, someone came to the room and said that we would not receive more hot water than what we were getting. Another issue was the delay in food service; after ordering, it took half an hour to prepare the food.

Excellent amenities except some fee-ting materials in the toilet and room. There should be an option of room service.

Great place to stay at pahalgam. Situated towards the other end of the main market, that is hardly 15 mins walk away. Rooms were clean and food was good

I found it on makemytrip app, good services by the staff and are friendly, especially they supported to share their kitchen to cook rice for my kid.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Good location, there are many eateries around. Good heated bed and supply of hot water. Only con is that the road to this hotel is a bit narrow.
