The description mentions about bathtub being present in the room, which is not true.Room slippers were not provided.Compromise done on quality of curtains.Single comb,single shaving kit put in the room.

It was really a warm experience the staff behaviour was really nice, property is located at the bank of River Lidder and have a sitting outside along the river bank & moutains view which gives a great experience. I would say this hotel is a big yes if you are staying at pahalga

We had a pleasant stay at the property, the location and people make it especially worthwhile. Food was also top notch and the rooms clean.

we stayed at The Hermitage from 8th to 9th April; property is located in a serene surrounding with the Lidder river flowing in the backyard and view of snow capped mountains & pine trees all around. well appointed cottage, courteous & friendly staff. overall it was a good & comfortable stay.

Though I normally don't wish to write reviews but I was compelled to write one, because the hospitality, food and ambience was more than exhilarating. The staff was courteous and really quick response. My children are asking me , Papa give me 10 stars, but I can give just 5. Thanks for making our stay great

It was an excellent experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm hospitality, and the check-in process was swift and efficient. The room was equipped with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the room, such as fresh towels, complimentary bottled water, and high-quality toiletries, was much appreciated. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh options. One of the standout features of this hotel was the outstanding service. The staff provided all the assistance to ensure my stay was flawless. Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions or had a special request, they were always quick to assist with a friendly smile. It started to snow when we reached the hotel and the scenic beauty around the property was just amazing covered under white sheet Overall, my stay was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be returning in the future!

it was a very wonderful stay there

Part of the problem was with make my trip and part of it was that of the hotel. The hotel must have made a double booking and made their earnings as we did not get to stay at the hotel. I was charged for the three day stay at the hotel which other booking companies like agoda have an arrangement that in case where a customer could not stay at the hotel first night stay is charged and refund for the rest of the stay is made. This has not happened in my case.

Hotel is fine, location is good and food is okay. The bathroom needs to be upgraded. Staff is friendly.

Rooms are very small and no ac and food is below average. Photos of the room are taken in such a way that people get confused with the size of the room. Only good thing is very good staff

I booked the hotel for a night for my stay in pahalgam. Pros is excellent location (4 kms from beet-ab valley. Overall ambience was good, room had netflix, prime and hots-tar subscription which was great. However the room service was not upto the mark and quality of food was not too class that you expect from prime property at such rates. It did not had any play area for kids. So overall a good hotel but not for the price that you pay.

Behavior of management staff is not cordial and sometimes rude. Room size is too small compared to the price. But ambience is good. Deluxe room worth 5000- 7000 as per season. Not anything beyond that.
