There is no water up to 11:30 pm and lack of electricity over full night also they start heater only 1 hour in night, at that placebery cold in night but they start heater only 1 hour in night also food was average

I stayed here with my family for 3 days. I want to share my feedback, food is delicious and rooms are spacious and luxurious. Service respond is very good and staff is very polite and highly trained. I recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to experience good hospitality.

Not so good stay although staff was nice

hi . I stayed here on 13th March with my family we had booked 2 rooms. I booked this randomly with reference to MMT posted photos. but the hotel does not match the looks. no view from the hotel. Hotel is faraway from main market and main road. For 9k this hotel is not at all worth it. The rooms are small and under construction does not match photos at all. I found paster in my bed. toilets are clean though. But there was lot of electricity issue. No proper power backup. We could not get hot water or heater in our room started. Had t stay in cold weather with elders. very bad management. Only good thing is staff who offered us complimentary breakfast.

Experience in lands end resort

It was a very fantastic experience in lands end resort. We stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing. Asif, jaffar and mudassir were so friendly. They made us feel like home. The room was nice with beautiful view of the mountains. Overall the service was very good. Everything we asked for, asif arranged it quickly in no time. I would totally recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in pahalgam.

The first thing you notice when you enter the place is it's nothing like the picture that it shows, maybe 3-4 years ago it looked like that but not anymore & the place is not maintained well, the sheet on the bed were dirty & not all the amenities are available as they have described. There is garbage around the resort & the kitchen is not hygienic.

Dear guest we appreciate your feedback what eve you said ,but let me clear property is only 1 year old and it looks same as it’s on pictures .The second thing you mentioned kitchen is not hygienic ,you even didn’t know where is the kitchen because it not in the resort .Resort is located on the high hills of green belt so garbage is no where .we understand you didn’t get refund that’s why you are saying all this,we have policies for refund and cancellation that’s why we couldn’t help you out .Our Instagram handle is full with out guest reviews please check lands_endresort .
