room heating was automatically controlled by them for all rooms from 7 pm to 6 am even it was very cold day and food quality was very bad. multiple guests including me have suffered from food poisoning at the same day after taking dinner. water heating for bath was also controlled from some where and was available for very sort period of time.

It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay at hotel riviera. All the staff are really attentive & helpful, and a special mention to mr. Hussain is very professional and his behaviour is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel because of its clean and cozy rooms and top-notch location.

Mountain View from hotel balcony is outstanding. Staff are friendly and cooperative. Car was not allowed for parking in the hotel lobby. Location of the hotel is too good to see river and mountain together.

coupleRooms were worn down, unclean and dirty. We found big bunch of hair in tea cups and used spoon upon checkin. Floor was unclean. Housekeeping staff didn’t do a thing even after pointing it out. Average food. Staff keeps insisting on tips for doing their jobs.

Location was quite far and property no where close to what its described its a very pathetic experience power off every 10minutes. Poor hospitality they can even say nikal jao humare hotel se after paying . They are so many other reasons not to book this and also avoid even they will also not help you with anything. Rooms are very very small and the photos are also different from actual room

coupleOur stay was excellent. Location is prime very near to taxi stand and food was amazing. Imran and hussain were very helpful throughout our stay and were always ready to help us with any query. They were knowledgeable about all the places in pahalgam and helped us to manage our itinerary better
