Pahalgam Hill Side Resort & spa

The stay was great, staff was great. The rooms were clean and as expected. Everything was according to what we saw on MMT. Overall it was a great experience with the hotel and MMT as well.

This hotel is a 2 star or a 3 star property. They had the most horrible buffet breakfast. Even the towels they provided were dirty. I had paid more than 10K for one night stay and it was not worth it.

Hotel was ok staff was ok only, not very polite or supportive. Image shown different from actual room image. Power/electricity issues

The hotel is over priced for the size of the rooms they have and even tv was not working in the hotel. Will not recommend ti anyone.

Pahalgam hill side resort and spa is an excellent hotel..From General manager,manager to staff everyone made me and my family feeling like home,so helpful.Food is awsome..i dont have words for praising this hotel..Rooms are neat clean..decent hotel..Hygenic hotel..premium room is having beautiful views..whenever i will come kashmir i will choose this hotel only.

The celling of our room is broken. Toilet was very poor. The bathrooms mirror was broken . The waitors were very misbehaving. When we call at reception they don't took our call . After many times of call they take our call. Ac automatically ons happened ly. Housekeeping was very poor . When we entered in our room the floor was not cleaned . There was not any tea bags or coffee packets in our room . The clock wasn't working in our room. Food has not very varities. The breakfast and dinner was bad tested . Chicken was stale . Overall the thing was bakwas . Poor quality

Hotel is too costly and not worth it, rooms are too small to stay, lack of information on booking. No credit card payment option only g pay to personal number without gst bill. Dont stay.

Rooms size and facilities are not comfortable, there are no views of nature from the hotel. It's a good lodge. Not a resort.

The hotel is good. Location was okay. However, when you include a breakfast in your booking, you expect a buffet with multiple options however here the menu was very limited to choose only from 5-6 items. The staff was very good and rooms very well clean.

No car parking

The hotel is located between hills on three sides and a river flows on the forth side. The staff is helpful and the food was great.

Location is absolutely waste & entrance is very poor. It’s not at all a resort. Food was also not good. No proper amenities. Only staff was excellent.
