Very dirty rooms, did not even change the bed sheets and have not cleaned the rooms. Actual rooms are very different than pictures. Hotel over prices

The hotel location was good. We have booked deluxe room but they have assigned one of the worst rooms where the washroom itself is bad and the toilet was not at all in working condition. They were not able to fix it while we were in the room and then they shifted us to another temporary room. The next day again they shifted us to another one which is good. But the overall experience was spoiled as hotel staff knows the initial one is not in good condition and as if they were acting like they don’t know the problem. The 2 days stay is like moving here and there irrespective of concentrating on our local site seeing.

The hotel was not clean and rooms were stinky, the heaters were not working the entire night. The food quality was worst ever we had. I never recommended anyone to stay in this hotel.

Food not good, hot water not available, not satisfy with room service. Location was ok. Room below as per expectation.

We 6 families stayed at this hotel. Location: best for pahalgam ( scenic, basic facilities: good, food: taste good but not variety ( this is the case for most hill stay, room: heater etc good but due w recent short circuit incident tv & kettle was not working in 2-3 rooms which is basic requirement when you have kids & children with minimal internet. Wi-fi: okay, staff behaviour: excellent, on 2nd night stay we ordered bone fire with pakode- tea for group on extra charge but staff couldn’t provide snacks on time. Overall this is better place to stay at pahalgam ( especially for family. It was good stay but not wow.

Resort has the best views from room and balcony. Staff is very helpful. It is just 2 km from pahalgam and betab valley. Room heaters and waters heater are perfectly working.

The room service was not good. We were given different rooms from the ones which were shown during booking. The rooms were old and not central heated. We were just given electric blankets. And moreover electricity issue was there. No electricity was there from 11:30pm to 8:30 am. No kettles in room. Not a good stay.

Very poor property don’t go as mouse are in the room no electricity food is vey bad terrible property

Every thing is perfect but food is not good and there are limited options for vegetarian, room and staff is perfect

Paristaan, what a wonderful maintained resort the gardens full with flowers. Hotel was at a perfect location view from window was a heaven. Food was superb, staff were really kind. The room we got was so beautiful. We would surely visit again

Service was awesome with good rooms. Only drawback is the stairs, which is tiring. Overall a good stay

It's worse than a lodge. Price of 18k for the family room unpardonable. Freezing temperature but no room heating. Felt cheated by mmt. This is not a 3 star hotel. Bad food. Pretty bad rest rooms. Don't ever book that place

Hygiene is an issue with hotel, they don’t change bed sheets, if you demand for it, it will be replaced with another used bed sheet. There was bad smell in the wash room.

Rooms are not clean.Service is pathetic.No option for food. location is far away

Very poor quality of food, breakfast buffet was very limited in quantity n the bread was so hard n stale, the beds n beddings n top sheets all seemed dirty n old fashioned. The restaurant staff was not at all co- operative

Property was not even worth the 10% of the amount i paid. Totally unhygienic place!
