The Vale Lodge

Staff at The Vale Lodge is very supportive. Food quality for Vegetarian was quite good, freshly cooked. I got a room on 2nd floor, which offers beautiful views.

Hotel room is good, very poor amenities and very very limited breakfast options literally not worth the price. I stayed for 2 nights and both days worst experience with breakfast.

There was not enough food variety only one variety for non veg and hotel staff was professional at all

It was a wonderful stay at the vale lodge Pahalgam we felt we are at home such is the level of hospitality and care . Definitely recommend.Manjeet and Aalia from House Keeping were excellent and Pakeeza from F&B was amazing.Specail thanks to Mr Shahid Manager for providing us everything we needed. Great stay and great food. Newly constructed hotel. We stayed in jaccuzi room and the room was clean and all staff was very friendly. Very helpful people. The resort is 2km from the market and they arrange union vehicles for site seeing which arrive in 10mins after conveying them. Highly recommended

Amazing - we upgraded to a premium room with jacuzzi. The hotel is newly built and quite well made. Food is great - we had booked inclusive breakfast and dinner and we had ample choices for vegetarians.
