we have enjoyed staying in the hotel. Though it was a night stay we thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness, view and the hospitality. we had a bad experience with respect to the initial booking. Please be vigilant while booking the hotel, fraudulent activities are happening. Book only from the apps.

Staff is gud . location is beautiful food is cheap and gud . loved the place hot water available . view from windows was gud . blankets were two kept warm. only thing is missing is they should have given some soap Or hand wash in washroom.

no responsible person there, no room service, even nobody avl on reception. if u want a water bottle, u go to him house & call them loudly. location is good, but bedsheets & blankets r very dirty resulted my wife was sicked due to dust alergy & bad smell.. sorry 🙏

Overall it was a good experience. Pro's: 2. Good maintenance. 3. Located next to the river. 4. 4 km from main taxi stand cons: 1. What we observed in the owner is: he and my taxi driver (booked a private taxi in srinagar) discussed something about us in the kashmiri language i don't know what it is. After that, he didn't respond properly for any simple queries like how to go to baisaran valley or taxi stand. I saw that he was very normal with hindi speaking people or others. Not sure what he observed in us, never tried to suggest or help anything. Reason could be anything, god must know. Maybe we are not proper hindi speaking people or we may be looks like unmarried couple but we are married couple or we didn't accept his horse from the hotel(2k person. Just for one day we stayed, anyhow we did our homework before coming to the jk trip. So i ignored him. As a tourist we expect some help from locals, but that we didn't get from him. Otherwise all good. 3. 5/5 - recommended. (no hotel pics were taken)

Staying in this place is good, location also good, but extra bed not provided which we have actually booked, heating blanket provided. Hotel is just beside lider river. In house food also available as per order they will make.

Property is too far from market and in village area … hotel was totally empty and no one was available at the reception… owner will come when you call him and it looks like more of a guest house… food was good

Nice ambience. Calm place, good connectivity to market area and tourist sports. View from hotel is good. People are cooperative.

Just on the banks of the river lidder, this hotel is a best dream stay. Rooms were good, facing the river, and we'll maintained. Food was average.

The location of the stay is very nice but the property is not maintained well. The food service is poor quality as per the charges. I do not recommend the tourists to stay at this hotel. There are other much better hotels in pahalgam on this price range. I paid for one day.

A very good budget hotel option in pahalgum. We stayed for two days. Very supportive hotel staff. A stunning view of mountain and river lider. But one thing to remember food is available only if you order 1 day before so i suggest to consider fooding afterall there are so many restaurant in few meters of the hotel

Lack of cleanliness. Bathrooms are sub-standard. Not worth the money. Won't recommend to others. They seriously should do something to improve the condition.

the property was very beautiful. rooms are really neat n clean. helpful staff. proper arrangements of all things nd the best thing is the outside view is just awesome 👍
