Zebrina Pahalgam.

Excellent booking system with easy access... Hotels are also welled as per our budget...last few days I would booked via this online application & next also....

Stay at Zebrina Pahalgam was really wonderful. Bedding with heating gave us soothing comfort in very cold season. Toilet and bathrooms are really clean. We had very nice tea in the morning. Staff is very much cooperative. We felt like home away from home.

Cleanliness is good location is good but there is lack of hot water chair and table is not in the room there is no arrangent foe shoes in the room now rest-bis good

New building is not suitable for family now, it they take complete work it will be better than others

Staff of this guest house is very nice and cordial. Room is average but guest house position is very good. River llider is very close to my guest house.

Very poor quality rooms. Not for family. Only good thing is breakfast which is freshly cooked. Only 1-2 staffs are cooperative

It was such a nice stay in zebrina guest house. I felt very comfortable and relax, peoples and staff are very helpful & honorable. The scenic beauty visible from the hotel balcony is soo beautiful. I recommended that you can choose this one in an affordable price.

It was totally a scam to stay here because they shown pictures of river front and decorated room but provide different room in a condem building and far from river front in a well rated price where other guest house with good location of lider front and decent embience provide the same. Staff was also non professional skills here in this guest house. I never recommend anyone to stay here or booked

The location of the guest house is good and the staffs are well mannered. But, the amenities are not upto the mark

Great location cant be any better mountain views, flowing river nearby. Serene environment new rooms. Clean. Enjoy a laid back stay.

I must recommend zebrina palace for staying at pahalgam. Staff were supportive and found the room neat & clean.

Location is near to village market where can get veg non veg so many restaurant, it’s 15-20 min walking distance from main market. Room and toilet was clean. But hot water and heating system was not good. Breakfast only a loo porata or bread omlet options was available. Dinner option was very limited. Room amenities was poor not available when we have check in everything i have to asking from them. This is not family friendly guest house.

Location of the property is the best! one can view the nature at its best from here, truly paradise on earth. Though the rooms are small, it's cozy and comfortable with electric beds and 24hrs hot water ( could get boiling water even in the peak of winter on dc 25. The caretaker at the property was very helpful. Even though we reached by midnight, he invited us with such a comforting smile ( which was much needed after a 10 hr long drive from katra to pehalgam due to land slide. Served us hot milk, took our baggages and made sure we were comfortable and cozy in the chilly winter of minus 2 degrees. The best part is that the horse ride to various points out there starts from this strategic location of zebrina. The next day we were served hot breakfast and lunch too of our choice. Overall it was such a pleasant experience and a memorable one to stay at zebrina. Thank you team zebrina especially the person who took care of us!

Zebrina guest house rooms don't have privacy for couples, washroom window are open. We managed with our jacket to cover it. Room heater is not available, for veg ppls there is no separation in kitchen. Bathroom don't have geyser!

The property is around 1. 5kms from the main pahalgam market. The room was small but arranged. They only had a blower for heating the room and since the temp goes down in winter blower is not sufficient for heating up the room. There is power cut issue across pahalgam and the room has only 1back up light in the room. Overall the staff were helpful, courteous and the stay was decent for a day. Considering the price of the room we were happy with the stay.

Staff behaviour was really welcoming, but price felt little bit expensive comparing stay at srinagar. Could be due to higher elevation and ambiance around. There was no room heater, but heavy blanket provided. Water heater was available. People who likes sleeping under extreme cold under a blanket would love this property. I would recommend the property if price is little on lower side. But i think pehelgam is expensive comparing srinagar so can’t compare the rate anyway with srinagar.

Amazing stay at zebrina guest house. Owner is very caring and experience was very homely. Best part was garden which my daughter was playing in all the time and home cooked meal. Comfortable rooms and clean toilets. Would like to visit again.
