Uncooperative front desk staff and lact of communications among-st staff

It was disappointing that despite of joking 3 months in advance, making full advance payment, calling them on the day to inform them about our late check in. We were give a room with no view. Why should anyone travel 10 kms from the main central area and pay 12000 a day to get a room with no view. The front desk staff was rude and showed we don't care attitude! no tea coffee maker in the room, no water. Everything hadnto be asked for! on complaining and demanding their sr staff arrived to apologize and compensated with complimentary dinner. Dinner was not the issue. The attitude of the front desk staff and communication of their office and front desk staff was poor hence all these problems cropped up. The jotel is too far not worth the price!
