Review Of Eco Stay Mount Road

AC was not working. Hand shower was in broken condition. Glass of window of bathroom was also broken and it was opened. After asking them they pasted newspaper on the window. Lift was not working. Room was not cleaned properly.

It was a horrible stay, The hotel look is way different from what is advised. The hotel needs serious upgrade. The first room I was assigned had mosquitos and small 🪳 . then I was moved to another room which has similar problem. The room was dirty.The bathroom sink had flow issues and was dirty. there was water leak as well. The bed linens had marks. overall very hard a day of stay

if current goes lift won't work. it is in 5th floor so climbing steps from ground floor is too difficult for parents. and it was little smelly in the room. for the price, i think it is average.

Over all it's just good. The room was clean, but the window which was opened outside was very noisy. it's difficult to sleep. there is damages also in the room.

The hotel room.was in a service apartment. But the room was clean and worth for the money paid. Nice experience. U S consulate is 1.0km away. 16 minutes walking distance.

property location is just precise. It's situated just beside the main road. Main entrance is from main road. Just 1 min walk from Thousands Lights metro station entry gate. Food - Hotel has no restaurant facility. Thus no breakfast inclusion or any food to room service is not available. You have to bring your own food through Zomato, Swiggy etc. Amenities - 24/7 hot water, Elevator/ Lift, Wifi at a good speed, Room service, Air Conditioning, 24/7 front desk is available.

They mentioned about the Water but did provide only 1 water bottle and Staff was not friendly along with it they mentioned they know English and tamil but the receptionist only knows Tamio that was the worst part no security and overall experience was not upto to the mar rooms are quite small
