Over all it's just good. The room was clean, but the window which was opened outside was very noisy. it's difficult to sleep. there is damages also in the room.

Stay was OK not so good.. Parking is the issue. It’s in centre of the city

The hotel room.was in a service apartment. But the room was clean and worth for the money paid. Nice experience. U S consulate is 1.0km away. 16 minutes walking distance.

property location is just precise. It's situated just beside the main road. Main entrance is from main road. Just 1 min walk from Thousands Lights metro station entry gate. Food - Hotel has no restaurant facility. Thus no breakfast inclusion or any food to room service is not available. You have to bring your own food through Zomato, Swiggy etc. Amenities - 24/7 hot water, Elevator/ Lift, Wifi at a good speed, Room service, Air Conditioning, 24/7 front desk is available.

They mentioned about the Water but did provide only 1 water bottle and Staff was not friendly along with it they mentioned they know English and tamil but the receptionist only knows Tamio that was the worst part no security and overall experience was not upto to the mar rooms are quite small

Location was great. Mr. Sivakumar, the owner was more than helpful and allowed early check in too. Room was neat and tidy also. However, the stay became quite uncomfortable because the AC in Room No 404 did not function even at 16 degrees. Since we were quite tired and also being senior citizens, we did not have the energy to ask for a change of room. We told the room attendant when we returned at night but it was too late to do anything. Obviously, the AC, though it's new, is not being maintained properly with timely gas filling. I'm sure the management is aware of this aspect as that is their job. To that extent, it ended up becoming an average stay not worth the money.
