Behaviour are good but she extra charged on booking price and outside of main market staff are good

booked 3 ac rooms, got one non AC,which we didn't use. but paid and paid extra 600 for nothing. they told us to cancel if not paying

They over charged us. And gave us non ac room, when asked about that. They told us to cancel the stay

I booked it from make my trip app. And the stay was horribly horrifying, after we reach der they ask more money than it shows in app. Its really pathetic

please be informed the hotel reception was charged double money he was taken extra ammount to stay in hotel

I am stayed at OYO jj residence but I fully paid but Check in the time they ask me to pay extra RS 500 then only check in after no choice I paid extra 500 but still inside don’t have any facilities example drinking water fresh towel anything nothing and water heater no working and no clean air he room…

Please don't stay at this hotel. They are buying extra charge for the booking. Rooms were very bad in condition. Reception guy asked extra money at the time of check-in

Small but good room with all basic facilities at cheaper rate. Suitable for bachelors and recommended

They charged extra over and above the mm t charge. Their rooms are not hygienic and most of the rooms are in very dirty state not at all for human stay. Not fit for hotel to be under mmt.

The hotel people is demanding up for the extra payment other than booking amount. They charged us another for allotting the rooms. We booked 3 rooms even after paying extra 2000 rupees they given only 2 rooms.

Terrible experience. The location is inside a colony and dont even have signboard at the colony entrance, it took forever to find the hotel. Moreover the contact number provided by them was of no use they don’t even respond. The receptionist was hell of a rude person. He didn’t even get out of his comfort zone to show the room just handed over the key and the rooms are also below average

This hotel is asking additional charge while check in after booking through make my trip. They provided us a non ac room.

Good service everything was taken care very polite to talk near and clean place beds were cleaned and changed on time

After booking with payable again asking money 100 extra once reaching residency. Pols payable is one time

Upon checkin reception person denied my booking and asked for extra payment or they give the room. As my booking was already confirmed and payment was done but still i’ve given the extra amount. Staff behavior was very bad and upon asking for manager’s details they denied to give the same. Worst experience ever.

Very poor experience, don't provide this hotel to anyone

The hotel persons are not bothered about customer they took extra payment and service was very bad and food and travel guide is very bad from hotel persons. Cleaning is not taken by hotel persons

Room furnishing and space not as displayed. Cleanliness to be improved. Air conditioning was not effective.

We have arrived at 7:00 A.M. for check in and they charged ₹200 extra for early check-in.
