Reason for choosing this hotel was, it was in budget. But after discount is not that cheap that we had to go through such terrible experience. The ac cover came off as we entered room. It was repaired with cellotape. When they didn't work, and it fell down they brought white tapes to hold it. It was funny till that point. Then we discovered dust everywhere we put our hands. The dustbin from previous people were not emptied. Washroom was clean enough to use, but stained with left over piece of paper, or tiny pieces of plastic cover from a sachet. Only toiletries we got was a mini soap. Pillow cover were changed after we asked. When we went to sleep a small cockroach came out. We took a pic. Then two more came out and we threw the blanket. We literally used our long dresses to cover us since ac temperature was not fully controllable i hope i gave a vivid description. Pros: walking distance to arumbakkam metro. Highly well connected. Room service was prompt. We asked for checking washroom water flow issues, or asked for plates, they were addressed properly. We were allowed extended stay by paying little extra. So choose it if you don't have any other options. And hotel is just for the namesake and you are really busy outside.
