The hotel operators were completely unaware of our booking. Initially, they informed us that there were no rooms available. However, in their subsequent response, they denied having any record of our reservation at their hotel. To further complicate matters, despite having made a reservation the day before and specifically requesting accommodation for our early morning arrival, they demanded an advance payment of 500 rs from us. In order to seek clarification regarding these conflicting statements, we were left waiting at the reception for over 30 minutes.
