Though it is not a perfect hotel for a family stay we left with no choice of staying here due to our family event hosted in the outdoor lawns. Rooms maintenance was not great, water service stopped in between and we need to run for help amid of our events, no food options / restaurants need to rely on internal caterer. Despite of all these the rooms were priced extremely high - management should rethink about this model as it’s directly proportionate to client dissatisfaction. Specifically for rooms - Need to import a lot on services, cleanliness, maintenance, and their promises to their clients.

We booked our stay for spending some quality time as a family with our senior dogs. This place is perfect for people and their pets. Its also within driving distance and the green acres are ideal for pets to have a time of their life. The staff is very kind and compassionate. My senior furchild was in her transition phase and they made her journey so special and memorable. They accommodated us and met all our needs beyond expectations even though they had a event going on and we called them last minute. They understood our pets situation and did everything they could to make her stay a happy and memorable one.

I had booked 5 rooms for family stay, two rooms were very bad smelling. Unable to sleep when informed they came and done room freshener, but still unpleasant feel.
