I have booked room. Room size shown on make my trip was 400+square feet but room offered was only around 150 sq ft. Bathroom was really unhygienic. Bathroom tiles were stinky & dirty. When i asked hotel staff to give other room they simply said we have only this room, if you have to stay- stay in this room. I have my family with me so can not take risk of staying in unhygienic room that too during covid times. Then it started real drama, i called make my trip & updated them with situation. For next 2-3 hours make my trip staff kept me on hold several times and several times they promised that they will call back with solution but that never happened. I again called & i have to again tell everything as every new call i have to explain again and again. After 2-3 hours its already 9pm. I make my own arrangement of stay at some other place as got no help from make my trip. Worst experience with make my trip & not expected such unprofessional behaviour & service from make my trip. Last thing i expect from make my trip is my refund as i did not stay in hotel & make my trip did nothing to help.

I had booked the hotel however when reached hotel they informed room have some electricity snag and they shifted me to some cheap hotel with nil to no facility. I had paid higher for this property however where they shifted me hotel rates were cheap so i end up paying higher
