Excellent amenities and services

1)hotel phone no not updated, 2) staff was visibly drunk, affecting their behavior 3) hotel name change and no soap and towel provided by staff

Pathetic. Name of hotel has changed and we were denied rooms at first. We reached around 9 pm to check in only to know that they haven't got any rooms for us. Since we were traveling with senior citizens, it became very difficult to search a new hotel at night. Then the rooms they gave after 1. 5 hrs of waiting were pathetic. No geyser, no toiletries in bathroom, torn linen, dirty commodes, ciggerate buds all around, no linen provided. Even hand wash was missing. Make my trip : please see and show only those hotels which exist by the name you show while booking. At that point of time, i tried a lot to customer support, but all in vain. Sheer wastage of time, money and energy.

The hotel was good, staff was good, room was cleaned, even i recommend others to go in this property

The room smelling and they don't give u towel and water bottle and soap. The room is to small and tv is not working

Room is pathetic. Dirty room. Blanket with bad smell. Windows are full of dust. Geyser not working. I call them again and again they come to fix the geyser but it was not working. Owner is full of money minded but not giving minimum services. Though service staff is good and very coaparative. They brought medicine for me from chemist shop.

No water was available in all bathrooms i have booked four rooms. Water was available in one room only. Tea was served in broken cups. No hot water was available. The rooms were dirty and the pillow blankets were dirty. A pathetic hotel will not be coming back again.

I travel-led from mumbai. The staff was amazing and nice to us. Room was pretty bad. Normal water, hot water issues. Room wasn’t properly cleaned l. Room was on third floor and building don’t have a lift. Think before booking this place. Only positive is people and location of the building

Overall hotel is nice, one thing i missed is there that service is not up to mark, because i have got room in 3rd floor and for every need, i need to reach to reception, so this thing little disappoint me. But over all room cleaning was nice, room condition was nice and room location was awesome.

The stay we had was nice. The rooms are more like a place to crash after a long day (but not the value for money in my case. The service was a bit slow but they managed to fulfill the expected. Overall experience was nice, good hosts and staff.
