Location is good, testy food and good behaviour, good facilities like Wi-Fi, hotel cleaning etc.

Only the location is good. No restaurant is available. Housekeeping is very poor. Simple floor cleaning is not done even.

The hotel is located in a prime location at KIIT Square. The accommodation, including both room and bathroom, is maintained cleanliness . The atmosphere is homely and comfortable. All the staff of the hotel are well-behaved. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, spanning from August 17th, 2025, to August 21st, 2025.

I was looking for a stay in the vicinity of examination centre. Bed sheet was not properly washed. Room looks so basic . For food i made call they replied as they will send menu card but i never received that after that I ordered from zomato received parcel t of him . Reception guy was less interactive. Then i asked if i want to stay further they replied charges will hogher so i left and found wonderful stay just in front of my examination centre.

Room is Dirty 😭 and There is no mosquito liquid. And Reception boys said we don't have Towel. You have to stay in this way. After Argument one Towel he give to us. There is no TV connection.

I stayed here with my wife for urgent office work. location is prime near KIIT SQUARE. STAFFS AND THEIR SERVICE ARE GOOD. WORTHY STAY WITHIN BUDGET

Location is a plus point near the KIIT University. But the overall stay was not good. Lift is not functional. Tv is inactive the whole time, they procrastinate it till you leave Encountered beg bugs. You have to ask for room clean, drinking water, other stuffs like soap and towel. Nothing will be initiated by them. Reception has to be carried thrice to get some positive action.

The staff was very irresponsible, rude and careless. I found them very unprofessional and decided to choose another hotel for my stay . my experience with them was very unpleasant and they don't even know how to behave with the customers.

AC was not clean, there were bundles of hair when I checked in, TV was not a smart TV and no channels were available. There was no complementary bottled water. Some items mentioned in the menu were not available for breakfast like Maggi (in my booking complementary breakfast was not included). Location is good. I have stayed in Bhubaneshwar in the past and had better experience at these prices.
