We had reserved two rooms for four adults at this property, however at check in we were told that the rooms we booked were not available and that we must upgrade our room by paying rs. 500- extra. When we were shown the rooms they were nothing like the pictures and were quite shabby. The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. Our experience was so bad that we decided to abandon the reservation even at the cost of losing all our money, however was kind enough to refund the booking amount. Disappointed to say the least.

Hotel is so bad location is also bed hotel area is also very bad no repeat customer

The photos were taken when the hotel was new and rooms were initially furnished. The current condition is really pathetic with paan/guthka stains on walls. Permanent damaged chairs (plastic they don’t even bother changing. We checked in after 6pm and still the rooms were not clean. The pillows and bed linen had hair and sweat of previous occupants. The side table still had uncleaned stale food. The rooms were stinking of smoking. Absolutely no efforts were made to make the room presentable. We asked the staff to address it and they initially showed lack of interest until we escalated the issue. The staff outright denied to share management/owner contact number for us to escalate. We finally had to decide to escalate to makemytrip. Makemytrip handled our complaints with utmost empathy and consideration. They allowed us to cancel this booki after checking. We communicated to the hotel that we are checking out since we have cancelled. And at this point the staff finally found it was the right time to involve their management/owner. That was the final nail which drove us to add this review to caution fellow travellers of the lacklustre behaviour in customer from the staff of this hotel. 0/5 stars.
