An average stay with good view
Property location is good and view is nice. Pool is not maintained, water is not clean. No proper network and wifi is not at all working. We complained multiple times, they tried something but of no use. Its almost no wifi. Staff response is good. Complimentary breakfast is average.

Not recommended
The bed linen was not fresh and could spot hair strands left over by the previous guest. Thankfully I was carrying my own bedsheet. Room cleanliness was ok. Did not have food here, since the restaurant folks were taking forever to take my order. Had to eat dinner at the restaurant next to this hotel. I would neither recommend or revisit this place again

Poor Stay
At the hotel reception, staff keeps telling you to upgrade ur room and pay extra money. Buffet breakfast is very ordinary. If u take one item in breakfast then you r not allowed to any other food item, although there is nothing munch. cleanliness lacking rooms are old and stinking.

overall me and my family enjoyed a lot at property.
I booked two deluxe rooms for 3 nights, since I reach at property, the team started serving us and for three days it was very pleasant stay. The food was also very good, room service was available, morning breakfast was also good.

The room was clean with plenty of space for car parking. Breakfast was free, and we ordered dinner at the restaurant at night. The food taste was 3/5. Overall, a good stay in Mahabaleshwar."

The property location is great, the food test and quality is not good, The service is OK and There are not many amenities in the property. There is no airtel network in the property and wifi is not working continuously.

Bad Service and Poor quality of strawberries
pathetic service offered by hotel staff, they have promised while booking that they will arrange bonfire but they haven't arranged saying they "you should have told early" Also they breakfast was not good at all, bread equality was too poor. While leaving, We have bought strawberries from their farm, and we have not checked by trusting them, but they have packed bad quality of strawberries, which got fungus in 6 hours.

Budget stay at la paradise mahabaleshwar
It was awesome stay at property. Location was good, touched to main road so easily reached out. Food was ok, breakfast was included in the package, options were limited, however in budget price it was good. Service was good and staff were very nice.

family with 2 kidsStay at this hotel is good but the food and the services are not good. It is far from the mahabaleshwar town. We ordered chicken fry and it's not cooked well and there is so much oil in egg curry.

Poor Stay
AC was not working properly for two days in three days AC was not working if the light went out and the hotel management generator was not working and even if the wifi was connected the wifi was not connecting the cockroaches were coming out from behind the free breakfast which was kept in the breakfast They were spinning all those fish, the intercom phone was off, their orders could not be placed for three days, but there was not a single person sitting at the reception. It had been three days. Next time I will not book because the service was very poor.

familyBased on the material put out we expected different. Majority times there was no one at the reception to ask for replenishments of supplies, order tea /coffee, intercom wasnt working, no kettle, staff turns up only at 8:30am even though the display in the room said breakfast from 7:30am to 10:00 am. Other than a swimming pool they have no other amenities. Travelers who like to rise early to a cup of good p reboiled tea would be disappointed. There were insects crawling in the bathroom. Staff were courteous and helpful but may end up with customer service gaps. Location is good being on the main road. Oversight of quality issues is clearly lacking.
