    Hotel denied checkin at mm t rates

    I have booked stay from mm t when i arrived at hotel, i was denied checkin as hotel ask me to pay extra money as they cannot give room at mm t rate. I was standing at reception for almost 45 mins and i was told by mm t representative that they will refund my money and whatever i am paying extra will be paid to me. I have not reviewed anything nor i have got mail confirmation which was promised to me.

    Room and washroom was dirty and unhygienic

    The room and washroom are totally different to the pictures which are uploaded. Room had spider webs, unhygienic, uncleared washrooms.

    I did an early payment to avoid cancellation of my booking but was not given check-in from the booking. I had to pay extra to the hotel to get booking as they asked to cancel the booking made from mmt and make a fresh booking at their hotel. This was not expected from mmt
