There is no food, no drinking water facility. No provision for warming water for drinking. They only provide room, rest left to God. There is only one person in reception. No full time cleaning person. For people who stay more than a day, they don't clean the room also. I had to literally beg them to clean my room. There is no professionalism. one room would be given. They expect the guest has to clean the room. For a doormat also, I had to beg and then argue with them. Car parking issue is there. Mostly, the guest has to park car on roadside, as there is parking space for 2 cars only.

The Property is just inside a small lane with no proper parking space. there is no tea, snacks or food available and also there is hardly anything near the property. very basic amenities. rooms were clean and big, but the ac was not working. they gave another room on another floor but that was not adequate. only 1 towel per room which is a problem if there are 2 people in the room. no toiletries inside the washroom and also there is no AC during power cuts only can works. Overall it's too average and not very good for a family.

The room was reasonably clean and well-maintained, offering basic amenities you'd expect at this price point. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well — definitely a plus in Pondy's humid weather. Wi-Fi was available but the signal strength was inconsistent at times. very cool ambience comfortable to stay. The staff was very friendly

Last-minute booking was surprisingly nice, considering the hotel has neat rooms, helpful staff, and tasty food. Worth for money!

The whole stay was easy and smooth. I liked the calm energy of the place. The room was clean, well-lit, and comfortable. The team working there were kind and quick to respond. I didn’t hear much noise at night either. It was a restful break from a busy schedule.
