The location is great and the rooms are really spacious. It’s close to eating places as well as shopping and beach. Car parking is allowed on the road below. The bathrooms too are spacious.

Good Stay
The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was large for 3 people, and its location was perfect for White town vibes. Unfortunately they didn't have lift and the stairs were quite steep. They don't have any room service. You have to ASK them for room service everytime.

Room is clean and hygienic. It is a perfect place to stay in Pondicherry. The receptionist is good and helpful.

Poor Stay
The complementary buffet was not up to the mark ..and rooms aswell not good as shown in picture..but the staffs were friendly and good..and no lift steps too narrow

Location was okay but the taps were loose(While turning it ON, Tap nut came off in Hand) and when we lock the door the locking bolt was loose it can be improved more

RED LOTU
HOTEL STAFF WERE NICE ROOMS WERE AVERAGE AND CLEANLINESS MAINTAINED. STAIRS WERE NARROW, NO LIFT. LOCATION WAS GREAT. BREAKFAST IS VERY SIMPLE. OVERALL VALUE OF MONEY.
