The food was very good there....we are vegetarians but still the food was really tasty. The rooms were small (I had taken the twin bed room), and there was no table and chair provided, which was an issue as I had to catch up with a lot of office work. The hotel may be close to the airport, however it is not so close to the city centre. You will require to take an auto or taxi to reach the city centre. If you are ok to hire two wheelers then it will be a better solution. There were quite a few guests on business, so possibly providing a daily morning newspaper may be considered (apart from the table and chair in each room). Overall, an ok stay.

The stay was extremely comfortable along with staff treatment were top notch . Food are available at affordable price with good quality taste

Stay was average but breakfast was nice
Rooms were not big in size, it was average based on ambience and cleanliness. Reception staff were not very prompt and helpful. Restaurant breakfast buffet was really nice and tasty.But the staff service and behaviour was very irritating and unprofessional.Overall it was an average stay.

Excellent Stay
Uraj, Nagaiya , Nikitha and febronia, Sathish from housekeeping made sure that we had a very comfortable stay at the property. Food was good.

Hotel was okay for a short stay. Rooms were fine, but AC was weak, toiletries were missing, and food was overcharged with average quality and comparatively less quantity.

Poor Stay
The property has become very old and amenities inside the room are crumbling. The TV didn't work, bathroom walls had molds, towels looked worn out and unclean. On the brighter side the staff were very welcoming and quick in service. That was the only positive.

Comfortable family stay at Ginger, Pondy
Had a wonderful 2 night stay in Ginger, Pondy. Very professional staff, tastefully decorated and comfortable rooms. Buffet breakfast was awesome. Check-in and check-out were quick and professional.
