Clean room, helpful staff, great food and ambience. There is small pathway to walk around with some spices and cardamom fields

Beststay in woods
Absolutely great place to stay. Felt like staying in woods at home. Food served is simple, best, especially breakfast, perfect to start the day. Do try once

Great
Location is just perfect. Stunning views from the room and its proximity to the highway makes it easily accessible. It is also close to the market so you have options to dine out and watch kathakali shows. Food is okay. Breakfast was very good but hardly any options for vegetarians for lunch/dinner. Experience was overall good but no options for baby food despite it being a homestay. We asked for milk and were charged for it. Rest it was all good. They even gave us a tea pack as gift while checking out. Nice gesture.

Coffee and pepper was a beautiful stay set amid-st spice and tea plantations. Situated a bit away from the crowded tourist attractions, the homestay is very peaceful and chill. The hosts were very friendly and accomodating, we felt very comfortable talking with them.

Coffee and pepper was a wonderful experience. We stayed for 2 nights. George was a fantastic host. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable, and our room had an excellent view. We had a biryani for dinner one night which was tasty, as was the breakfast, and we enjoyed the coffee grown on the property. George gave us a tour of the spice garden which was also a highlight. Overall, would 100% recommend!

Coffee n pepper was an excellent stay for me and my mom. Although we just stayed for one day but were highly impressed by the service’s rendered to us. Really thankful to the owner of the property george who took care of all of our needs. Would highly recommend everyone who is visiting to thekkady to stay over there.

George and his place are really good getaway from hustle and bustle of a city life. The property is very well maintained and has a lot of greenary. We were also served the home grown produce in breakfast which was really cool.

hidden gems of thekkady
Lovely place to stay , better than five star. Food is awesome. Lovely backyard which give you romantic feel . Must add this place in your itinerary.

Location was in green trees & mountain which makes it peaceful stay and they have spice plantation tour as well. Food was excellent
