Review Of Citrus Classic Mcleodganj

My stay at citrus classic mcleodganj is good, it was hygienic and clean room, hotel staff is very cooperative, food quality was also good.

The hotel is old and needs renovation. There is seepage issue in the rooms and bathroom. Superior Rooms were small and there was no ventilation. Food is average. Location is good. Staff is courteous and ready to help. They changed our room to a bigger one for 1night which has the balcony. Paid 10k for 2 N including breakfast and dinner, which was not worth the money.

Good property with a great location right opposite the skyway(ropeway) and close to parking. Hotel staff is courteous. Overall had a pleasant stay.

Terrible rooms, damp, unclean. I booked their best/ most expensive family room with 2 beds and the room had no window, balcony or any ventilation to get fresh air.

Restaurant wasn’t clean, they haven’t healthy food in breakfast, kitchen staff is rude with the customer.

Restaurant was good but staff was arrogant also room service wasn’t much good as compared to their charges.

Bad rooms. No ventilation. And food taste was good but quality was poor because everyone got stomach infection after that. Only plus point is location

The property is good and centrally placed. The food quality is also good. Further, the behaviour of staffs are very co-operative. One can access to dharamshala easily by taking rope-way which is just opposite of the hotel.

Location is fantastic walking distance to dalai lama temple and shopping. Premium rooms was good facing balcony but avoid booking standard room - it was dark and damp.

Room was very spacious, hotel is just opposite ropeway entry gate but check in experience was like hell. Got my room after 1. 5hours of waiting otherwise everything else was nice.

Room is neat and claen food is super and near mall road market opposite skyway.

Food and services is very bad staff is not good food quality is very poor waiting for lift is to long only one lift

Food service was good, hotel is near to parking. Hotel location is on mall road. Choose balcony view room only.

my stay was very comfortable as citrus rooms are very neat & clean. staff is very courteous n helpful throughout the stay. guest welcoming attribute is warm.i want to add one suggestion to citrus family to add some continental food to their menu .. overall happy with my stay..😊

Property is located near Private Parking which is very helpful.

This place is very near to dalai lama temple on the temple road (walking distance of 2 minutes. Main market is also just downstairs of the hotel to buy the local items be it souvenirs, clothing, food, tibetan jewelery etc. Staff is very polite, hospital e and helpful. Food was very good and overall its a great stay.
