The room wasn’t checked before handing it over to us. The handle of the door was broken. The body wash as well as hand wash in the restroom wasn’t refilled hence overall was okayish

Excellent Stay
I must say that I am totally satisfied with my stay at Citadines. Everything from hotel staff to services and rooms was just so good. I came here with my family and I would highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel only if you're in North goa. Trust me you won't regret!

The stay was amazing , bathrooms were clean , room was spacious and overall swimming pool was cleaned and maintained Even with breakfast, everything was on point Also TV were updated so that we were able to play songs from our phone Had a great stay

Unprofessional hotel staff.A very good example of a very bad hotel
The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..the food quality is very very bad

Nothing was the good from staff side they are very rude person no one help out to shift the luggage from your car to room the breakfast is very bad jam bread and tea the given parathas without masala. And they called that the aaloo pratha shameless people, note plz don’t suggest that type of hotels that is not your type hotel they are the lodge type!

stayed for 3 nights and felt worth the price tbh
Its a nice hotel and rooms are nice too and the hospitality and also nice. Just the valet parking is a issue but they have a basement to park so bo issues

Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Food provided was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Agoda, Anjuna market are easily accessible. Property Location is less crowded and calm. Pool also maintained clean.
