Hotel Z Square, Bicholim

We didnt stay in the room cos the room condition wasn't good at all..moment we entered d room some strange smell was emiting..washroom wasn't appealing(as shown in pics)..lot of baby cockroaches all over the room..switch also wasn't functioning.. Then were upgraded to ac room..that room also same problem(except switch)..we decided to check out that time itself.. Housekeeping n their staff are not qualified or trained people..they are localities knowing nothing..

Room doesn't have window and it smells weird and don't have proper Wi-Fi connections and in facilities it was written Wi-Fi facilities, location of hotel is not that much good and food is very expensive, and we want to check out one day before as by mistake we booked two days stay, but staff said they can't help us in this, as we need our refund and we don't like system as it is interconnected. We try to contact office but they also not able to help out with this refund process

Overall experience is Good . Outside scenic beauty from the hotel is beautiful. Hotel restaurant is also good.

Good experience. Friendly staff. Clean and hygienic rooms. Only drawback is that all rooms are not the same size.

The hotel owner didn’t opened the gate for 1 hourI kept waiting outside after a long flight. That was terrible.

The three beded room provided to us by hotel z square, bicholim, goa was of far less standard compared to the price paid by us through mmt. Considering location of somewhat like a village and ordinary standard of the hotel, we became really upset when provided with a small room with no window or fixed frame glass pane for outside view. Moreover, when asked about this, hotel authority told us that their room rent was @rs. 1500- per day and they had nothing to do with the payment made to mmt. So, it was very discouraging for us to book a hotel through mmt.

I reached the property with the help of google map. Hotel staff behave was very cooperative and supportive.

The room was very dusty and it was stinking, there were lizard poops all over the place(maybe lizards as-well) which is not all hygienic

Hotel is decent and clean. It has ac and fan. But our room didnot have a window also basic facilities like water toothpaste is not there. Overall good rooms for its price

It was referred to me by my colleague, i found the rooms were neat and cleaned. Good amount of parking, with restaurant facility. I found all the staff were very well natured. Overall i enjoyed my stay here

Nice facilities in low prices

Hotel can improve in cleanliness and hygiene, also there is no elevator in the property which gets difficult for old people and kids to climb 3 floors if you room on 3rd floor

My experience with hotel z square was going fine until i realized that i had no ac in my room. That was something i couldn't adjust into.

Please change the beds. Don't get comfortable sleep

Stay is good and hotel staff are humble unlike goa natives. People in goa cheat tourists everywhere. But we had very good experience with this hotel. Prices are so low
