It was a group stay with friends. The property was good. Although it took some time to locate the property but the location was peaceful there. I had food during my stay and it was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable there. Only they have to take care of the television. Overall I will recommend this property to others.

Calm place and persons are polite

I check in at hotel Around 3:30 pm. Though check-in time was 12:30 as told by caretaker. But he was very very helpful in all the things. Hotel has Beach facing 4 rooms. Luxurious with balcony's. You can just sit and enjoy cool breeze. Its always fantastic to stay at near beaches. For peacefulness away from City traffic just to rejuvenate and feel truly yourself. Hotel is Worth staying you get Beach side rooms with balcony, you get non AC regular rooms. The hotel even had its own restaurant on the ground floor and mind you. If you are a North- Indian they serve. The best chapati (Roti Phulka) I had on my Kerela trip. Try pepper chicken and Masala chicken. Yummy. The starter's prawns, chicken roast, squid are very amazing in taste. Thanks to the team and staff for amazing memories. Surely will visit again. For the service you provide. Tip you can even make fish fry and tea coffee at your own. They have a mini kitchen with utensils at the 1st floor amazing.

Good ocean view balcony and nice restaurant.

The hotel is located very near to the Ocean. We can hear the pleasant sound of waves from the room. Food was good.

We reached there around 5 pm, he allowed us in without any id checks which seemed fishy to me. We booked a standard double room with fan and windows. But the guy showed us two super small rooms with a table fan (not even a ceiling fan). On top of that, he said that customers complain us at night that its too hot. So we can shift to an AC room with an additional charge. We refused to pay extra than what we had already paid, it seemed a money minting technique as the home stay was empty. Finally, he shifted us to AC rooms but we told us we could not use the AC. New rooms were better than the previous one. Washrooms where not cleaned after the previous guests left, there was no geyser. Even the used soap and towel were in the room from the previous stay. Would not visit this place ever again. Suggest people to avoid staying here. If you do need to stay either book the AC room or ask the pictures of the room before booking. Later I checked the adjoining rooms were empty which had a ceiling fans and better ventilation. All in all a terrible experience.

Comfortable stay. Excellent package for what you pay. They have a very good restaurant which I think is famous food joint for local people. Great food at very competitive price. A very good advantage I guess. In other places, food can be a problem. Not definitely in here.
