neat room.. but a bit small with a small bathroom... good for solo stays...

Location is accessible no food neatness is average

The room furnishing is excellent, parking very good. Rooms are also well furnished and well designed. There is one person at night time reception and when we went for dinner and came out, he was so asleep @ 10 pm that he didnt even know we came in and went in. So i was a bit worried about security part. Mosquitoes were too many and we didnt get much sleep until i went to same reception @4 am and got one mosquito liquid without waking up the staff. Sheets were washed and without stain but itchy because they have not been dusted for some days. I didnt see one housekeeping staff in entire facility. Its not on highway side, but 2 mins walk from metro and highway good rooms but need to improve service and sense of security inside at night time. And mosquitoes.

Ahlan is one of the best place to stay in ernakulam. What makes their unique is their service quality. Room and washroom were neatly cleaned, professional service by staff, that is commendable.

The room looks luxurious, but the air feels uncomfortable. The bathroom was also not clean and had a bad smell. The service was good, cleaned the bathroom soon after reporting the issue.

The images are misleading. The room was very small, and not professionally maintained. There was no towel in the bathroom, had to ask for it in the reception.

Ahlan rooms are a very good place to stay. The location is fantastic close to the metro station. The front desk manager mr. Shibin is very efficient and helpful. I would strongly recommend to my friends to stay in ahlan rooms.

AC is not working. Rooms are too small and there is no space for proper dining also.. They provide 1 L water only. No value for money

Seems to be a normal place, one small piece of soap and one mineral water is only available in the room. Room is quite neat and clean. Reception is also user friendly. Available a large oarking as well

The room was nice, equipments was working, i liked the it very much but there less essential like soap, paste etc

The location of the hotel is convenient to the city commute. Pathadipalam metro station is just 50m away from the property. Being at edapally means a walkable distance to lulu mall and numerous other shops. All in all, the stay was really good.
