Hotel room ventilation facilities poor, No working heater.

Ac is not working, it is a very dirty hotel, it smells a lot, the bathroom is very dirty.

I have booked my accommodation by MMT ..but when I reached Chellam..the reception person again asking details of ours which he is unable to understand..it took me around 30mins to checkin into the room..which was not good.. and parking also not sufficient..it has place for only for two cars.. everything else good and neat

They are charging extra if you book directly instead of online. Apart from that everything is fine for what u pay.

Rooms are so small smemm is coming from room even 1 point signal also not coming

Io photo show bigger space where as iam staying the room was very very small it is difficult bed size very small.

Room is good but no cleaning and maintenance in my entire stay..

worth for money ..it's okay to stay for our emergency needs..chellam residency is good to stay .. near by all shops

Tv ,ac,not working Very small fan air circulation is very low Bad maintainance, bed very are dusty

good, iam a solo traveler, it's very near to access cMBT metro and bus terminus, main road property, place to stay safe

Air conditioner was not working. Hostel was on road side and was easy to find. Small room with no outside window.

Airconditioner running but not cooling. Room full dust. No television, room size too small. No privacy, drinking water not provided in room. If we want water he have to fill from out side. They just provide only room. Nothing else. Service nothing.

Pathetic hotel. Terrible room. Worried about my healthnow.

Very good Experience. Excellent Drinking water,wifi connection, TV with Water Heater facility attached. Good reception service. Thank you 😊.

excellent room and location very nice....I feel good.......Ac working excellent condition... he's supporting very good

Not work tv, ac worked but not cooling and fan also not available room service in this hotel waste oh money.
